Refund policy

We accept exchanges only. Returns or refunds are not offered at this time.

Exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

Exchanges are subject to size availability.
In case of wrong/defective items, an unboxing video is required for verification.

Once approved, exchanges will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Final sale items are not eligible for exchange.
